Summary
This study is testing whether inhaling lavender oil three times a week for a month can reduce anxiety, improve sleep quality, and lower blood pressure in people with primary hypertension. Fifty participants will be randomly assigned to either receive lavender oil inhalation plus routine care, or routine care alone. Researchers will measure changes using standard questionnaires and blood pressure readings.
