Laser therapy aims to stop leaks without surgery

Summary

This study tests whether a laser applied to the vagina can help women with stress urinary incontinence (leaking urine when coughing, sneezing, or exercising). 144 women will receive the laser treatment and be followed for 6 months. The main goal is to see if the treatment reduces or stops urine leakage and improves quality of life.
