Summary
This study looks at whether adding high-intensity laser therapy to standard hand exercises can reduce pain and improve function in people with thumb osteoarthritis. About 48 adults with mild to moderate thumb joint arthritis will receive either exercise alone or exercise plus laser. The goal is to see if the combination offers better short- and medium-term relief.
