First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 22, 2026 · Updated 31 times
Summary
This study compares two minimally invasive surgical techniques—laparoscopic and robot-assisted—for removing the left side of the pancreas in people with non-cancerous growths. About 256 adults will be randomly assigned to one of the two procedures. The goal is to see which approach leads to fewer complications and better recovery.
