Summary

This study will test 70 people with IBS-related diarrhea to see how many actually have lactose intolerance. Researchers will use a PCR test and a symptom questionnaire to find links with age and gender. The goal is to better understand if lactose intolerance is a common, overlooked cause of chronic diarrhea.
