Summary
This study compares three common methods to start labor in full-term pregnant women whose cervix is not yet ready. The methods are a slow-release insert (Propess), a vaginal gel, and a balloon catheter. The main goal is to see which method leads to the shortest time from start to vaginal delivery. About 140 women will take part.
