NCT ID NCT07587632
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether natural cervical ripening methods can help labor start on its own in pregnant women with diet-controlled gestational diabetes. About 74 participants will try these methods starting at 37 weeks to see if they can avoid a medically induced labor. The goal is to increase the chance of a spontaneous, natural birth.
