Natural supplement vs. little blue pill: which works better for ED?

NCT ID NCT07642505

First seen Jun 12, 2026 · Last updated Jun 12, 2026

Summary

This study tests three treatments for mild to moderate erectile dysfunction (ED) in men aged 30 to 70: a daily supplement called L-citrulline, the standard drug tadalafil (5 mg), or both together. Over 12 weeks, researchers will measure improvements in erectile function using a standard questionnaire. The goal is to see if the supplement alone or combined with the drug offers better results than the drug alone.
