This study followed 688 people with ulcerative colitis or Crohn's disease who received Kynteles (vedolizumab) as part of their regular care. The main goal was to track side effects, and researchers also measured how many patients saw symptom improvement. The study was completed in South Korea and focused on real-world use of the drug.
