Hand points for pelvic pain? study tests ancient technique on endometriosis
NCT ID NCT06073379
Summary
This study tested whether Korean manupuncture, a hand-based acupuncture technique, could reduce pain in women with endometriosis. Seventy-four women with diagnosed endometriosis were randomly assigned to receive either the real hand treatment or a placebo version. The goal was to see if this complementary therapy could help manage the chronic pelvic pain associated with the condition.
