Summary
This study is testing two different methods to manage pain after total knee replacement surgery. Researchers want to see if using a small, temporary catheter that continuously delivers numbing medicine to the leg is better than a standard single injection at reducing the need for opioid painkillers. They will compare pain levels, recovery speed, and long-term outcomes in 64 patients over six months to find the best way to control pain with fewer medications.
