First seen Jan 09, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 16 times

Summary

This study tests two different ways to numb the back of the knee after total knee replacement surgery. Both methods are combined with a standard front-of-thigh block. The goal is to see which approach provides better pain control, helps patients move sooner, and improves overall recovery. 74 adults having knee replacement will take part, and their recovery quality will be measured using a questionnaire.
