Summary
This study compares two types of nerve blocks for pain after total knee replacement. One method uses a combination of adductor canal and iPACK blocks, the other uses a suprainguinal fascia iliaca block. The goal is to see which provides better pain control, reduces opioid use, and lowers stress on the body. Fifty-two adults having knee replacement will be randomly assigned to one of the two groups.
