Summary
This study compares two methods of aligning a new knee joint during replacement surgery: kinematic alignment and mechanical alignment. The goal is to see which approach leads to better knee function, range of motion, and patient satisfaction. About 100 adults with knee arthritis will take part, and their outcomes will be tracked for one year after surgery.
