This study looks at whether adding a special education program about chronic pain to standard exercise therapy can improve daily function and reduce pain in people with knee osteoarthritis. About 92 adults with knee OA will be randomly assigned to either exercise alone or exercise plus pain neuroscience education. The main goal is to see if the combined approach leads to better knee function and quality of life.
