Summary
This study compared three treatments for knee injuries in 60 basketball players: Mulligan mobilization, kinesiotaping, and a placebo. The goal was to see which approach improved knee function and reduced injury-related problems. Participants were assessed before treatment, one hour after, and two weeks later.
