First seen May 02, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 5 times
Summary
This study looks at whether a special knee and heel brace, combined with strength exercises that don't involve standing, can help people with knee osteoarthritis feel less pain and walk better. Twenty adults with knee arthritis will be split into two groups: one gets the new brace plus exercises, the other gets a standard brace plus the same exercises. The goal is to see if the new brace works better at reducing pain and improving daily function over four weeks.
