This study compares two types of nerve blocks—femoral triangle block and adductor canal block—given during knee replacement surgery. The goal is to see which one better preserves early leg muscle function and helps patients move sooner. About 136 adults undergoing knee replacement will be randomly assigned to receive one of the blocks, along with standard pain management.
