Summary

This study tests whether adjusting sex hormone levels with aromatase inhibitors can improve metabolic health and sperm production in men with Klinefelter syndrome. It also examines if weight loss with semaglutide helps. About 150 men aged 16-65 will participate, comparing these approaches to standard testosterone therapy.
