NCT ID NCT07330115
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looks at whether combining kinesio tape with specific neck exercises can improve how well people with cervical radiculopathy sense their neck position, and whether it also reduces pain and improves function. Sixty adults aged 35-50 with chronic neck pain and nerve symptoms will be enrolled. The approach is non-invasive and focuses on retraining the neck's proprioception.

What this could lead to
If it works, this could point toward a simple, non-drug way to improve neck awareness and reduce pain in people with cervical radiculopathy.
What could go wrong
This is a small, early-stage study with only 60 participants. The results may not apply to everyone, and the benefits could be modest or no better than standard care.
