First seen Mar 04, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 12 times
Summary
This study compares standard cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) alone to CBT plus a group program called Kiesler Circle Training (KCT) that focuses on improving interpersonal skills. Researchers want to see if adding KCT helps people with depression or anxiety disorders interact better with others. The study involves 156 adults who are already in individual CBT and have above-average interpersonal problems.
