Summary

This study tests a program called CAPABLE Transplant to help people with kidney failure who are waiting for a transplant. The program addresses barriers like frailty, depression, and lack of support to help them become active on the waitlist. About 43 adults will participate to see if the program improves their waitlist status and quality of life.
