Summary
This early-stage study tests whether giving kidney transplant recipients a special infusion of their donor's light-treated cells, followed by regular light therapy sessions, can safely prevent organ rejection. About 24 adults receiving a first kidney transplant from a living donor will take part. The main goal is to check safety and see if this approach reduces rejection compared to past results.
