This study follows 1,800 adults with reduced kidney function (not on dialysis) to see how nutrition affects overall health and disease progression. Researchers will track heart health, bone health, thinking skills, and daily function using hospital records and a mobile app. The goal is to find better ways to prevent and manage chronic kidney disease through personalized nutrition.
