First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests a new two-drug combination (keverprazan and amoxicillin) to treat H. pylori, a stomach infection that can cause ulcers and cancer. About 477 adults will receive different doses and treatment lengths (10 or 14 days) to find the best balance of effectiveness, fewer side effects, and lower cost. The goal is to offer a simpler alternative to current four-drug regimens.
