First seen Feb 18, 2026 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 8 times
Summary
This study will test whether a 12-week medically supervised ketogenic diet is practical for 6 adults with PTSD in Germany. The main goal is to see if people can stick with the diet and complete the study, not to prove it works. Results will help design a larger trial to explore possible benefits for PTSD symptoms.
