This study is testing whether following a strict high-fat, low-carbohydrate (ketogenic) diet can help reduce depressive symptoms in people with bipolar disorder. Researchers will enroll 30 adults with bipolar depression to follow the diet and closely track changes in their mood, anxiety, and physical health. The goal is to see if achieving a state called 'ketosis' can be a useful tool for managing this difficult condition.
