NCT ID NCT06895031
First seen Jun 24, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tests a new oral drug called JYP0015 in people with advanced solid tumors (such as pancreatic, lung, or colorectal cancer) that have a RAS mutation. The drug aims to block the activity of the mutated RAS protein, which drives cancer growth. The trial will enroll 210 participants to evaluate safety, tolerability, and how well the drug shrinks tumors.
What this could mean
Our plain-language read of the trial. This is informational only — not medical advice or a prediction.
Active substance
JYP0015 (a pan-RAS inhibitor pill)
What this could lead to
If successful, this could lead to a new treatment option for people with advanced cancers that have specific RAS mutations, potentially shrinking tumors or slowing disease progression.
What could go wrong
This is an early-phase trial (Phase I/II) with a small number of participants, so the drug may not work as hoped or could cause unexpected side effects. It is not yet proven to be safe or effective.
