Summary
This study tests whether special curcumin supplements can help adults with joint discomfort feel better. About 30 people will take different supplement formulas and a placebo, without knowing which they are getting. They will wear fitness trackers and answer questionnaires about pain and quality of life. The goal is to see if one formula works better than the others.
