Summary

What this could lead to
If successful, this could show that rotating nurses through different heart units improves their skills and reduces burnout, pointing to better hospital staffing strategies.
What could go wrong
This is a small, early observational study with only 86 nurses at one hospital. Results may not apply elsewhere, and the program may not lead to lasting improvements.
