Summary
This study tested a new drug called JBT-101 (lenabasum) in 109 adults with lupus who had joint pain. The drug aims to calm the immune system without shutting it down. Participants took either the drug or a placebo for 84 days, and researchers tracked changes in their daily pain levels. The goal was to see if JBT-101 could safely reduce pain and improve quality of life.
