This trial tests whether using digital jaw tracking to design full-arch implant-supported dentures leads to better fit and higher patient satisfaction compared to traditional methods. Twenty adults aged 50 to 70 with no upper teeth but with natural lower teeth will be randomly assigned to receive dentures made either with conventional jaw records or with a digital workflow that tracks jaw movement.
