New dental implants under study to help people with tooth loss

NCT ID NCT07633665

First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study is testing two types of dental implants, BIODENTOSS and DWC, in 80 people who have lost teeth. The implants are placed in the jawbone, and after healing, artificial teeth are attached. Researchers will check how well the implants stay in place, how much bone is kept, and any side effects over 24 months. The goal is to see if these implants are a safe and effective way to replace missing teeth.

What this could lead to
If successful, this could confirm that these dental implants are a safe and effective option for replacing missing teeth, helping people chew and smile with confidence.
