Summary
This trial tests whether applying a gel made from tooth-enamel proteins (enamel matrix derivative) during immediate dental implant placement can improve healing and implant stability. Adults aged 18 to 45 who need a lower molar replaced will receive either the gel or standard implant placement. Researchers will measure implant stability and bone changes over six months to see if the gel helps the implant fuse with the jawbone.
