NCT ID NCT06377410
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests if a dry powder form of ivy leaf extract (Syrup Prospan) works better than a common medicine called N-acetylcysteine (NAC) at reducing cough and mucus in people with COPD. About 100 adults with stable COPD will take one of the two treatments for a set time. The goal is to see which one helps them cough less and feel better in daily life.
