Summary
This study looked at 110 women aged 35-40 with low ovarian reserve undergoing IVF. Half received a mild stimulation (clomiphene plus low-dose hormones) and half received a stronger stimulation (higher-dose hormones). The goal was to see which approach led to more good-quality blastocysts.
