Summary

This study tests a drug called itepekimab in adults with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps that are not well controlled by standard treatments. About 210 participants will receive either the drug or a placebo for up to 52 weeks, alongside their usual nasal spray. The goal is to see if itepekimab can shrink polyps and reduce nasal congestion.
