Summary

This study is testing a new injectable medicine called itepekimab for adults whose chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps are not well-controlled by standard nasal sprays. Over 200 participants will receive either the new medicine or a placebo for one year, in addition to their usual spray, to see if it safely reduces polyp size and congestion. The goal is to see if this treatment can better control the disease and potentially reduce the need for steroids or surgery.
