Mini stent aims to ease glaucoma pressure during cataract surgery

Summary
This study tests a small device called iStent that is placed in the eye during cataract surgery to help drain fluid and lower pressure in people with open-angle glaucoma. About 60 adults will take part to see if the implant safely reduces eye pressure. The goal is to better control glaucoma, not to cure it.
