Summary
This study looks at 1,200 people with clogged heart arteries and a weak heart pump (ejection fraction 40% or less). It compares three approaches: medications alone, bypass surgery, or stenting. The goal is to see which method best protects thinking skills, heart-related quality of life, and prevents death, heart attacks, strokes, or hospital stays for heart failure.
