Summary
This study looks at why some people with HIV develop Immune Reconstitution Inflammatory Syndrome (IRIS) after starting HIV medications. Researchers will use PET scans and lymph node biopsies to track inflammation and immune recovery in 300 adults. The goal is to better understand, prevent, and treat IRIS, not to test a new drug or cure.
