Summary
This study tests a job support program called IPS-AUT for autistic adults aged 18-40 who are not working but want a job. Researchers will train employment agencies and track whether participants get and keep jobs. The goal is to see if the program is practical and helpful, with a target of at least 50% finding competitive employment.
