First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 26 times
Summary
This study looks at whether using an MRI scanner during surgery for brain metastases helps surgeons remove tumors more completely. About 154 adults will be randomly assigned to have surgery with or without this special imaging. The goal is to see if the MRI guidance leads to better tumor removal and fewer repeat surgeries, while also checking for any extra risks or complications.
