Summary

This study tested a special device that delivers insulin through the nose to see how much gets into the brain. Insulin is a hormone that helps control blood sugar, but it may also affect memory. The study included 20 people with mild memory problems or normal cognition. Researchers measured insulin levels in spinal fluid and tested memory to see if the device works well.
