Summary

This study tested a special device that sprays insulin into the nose to see how much gets into the brain. Twenty people with mild memory problems or normal thinking took part. The goal was to measure insulin levels in spinal fluid and check if it helps memory. This is an early study to understand how well the device works, not a treatment yet.
