First seen Jan 29, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 16 times
Summary
This study looked at whether short bursts of exercise (interval training) help keep oxygen levels higher in people with COPD who experience drops in oxygen during activity. Twelve patients completed both an interval and a continuous exercise session while their oxygen levels were monitored. The goal was to see which type of exercise leads to better oxygen stability.
