First seen May 01, 2026 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study looks at whether interval exercise can improve daily activity, reduce daytime sleepiness, and support heart health in veterans who have both COPD and sleep apnea (called Overlap Syndrome). About 28 veterans will take part in a 12-week program. The goal is to find a safe exercise plan that helps them stay active and independent longer.
