First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study looks at whether interval exercise (short bursts of activity with rest) can improve daily steps, daytime sleepiness, and heart health in veterans who have both COPD and obstructive sleep apnea (called Overlap Syndrome). About 28 veterans will take part for 12 weeks. The goal is to find a safe exercise plan that helps prevent early loss of physical function.
