Summary

This study tests whether a home-based, internet-delivered physical activity program can improve cognitive processing speed (thinking speed) in people with multiple sclerosis who have mild walking difficulties. Researchers will compare the exercise program to an active control condition in 280 participants. The goal is to see if the program leads to lasting improvements in thinking, memory, fatigue, mood, and quality of life.
