First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests whether a guided internet-based physical activity program can improve cognitive processing speed in people with multiple sclerosis. 280 participants who have mild walking difficulties and slowed thinking will be randomly assigned to either the exercise program or a general wellness program. The main goal is to see if the exercise group shows better scores on a quick thinking test after 6 months.
