Summary
This study tested an internet-based cognitive behavior therapy (ICBT) program for 219 teenagers aged 13-17 with mild to moderate depression. Participants were randomly assigned to therapist-guided ICBT, self-guided ICBT, or standard care. The goal was to see if online therapy could reduce depression symptoms and be cost-effective, making treatment more accessible.
