Can East-Meet-West medicine slow spine damage in ankylosing spondylitis?

Summary
This study looks at whether combining traditional Chinese medicine with standard Western treatments can better control spine inflammation and slow damage in people with ankylosing spondylitis. About 210 adults aged 18-75 will be followed for up to two years. The goal is to see if this integrated approach reduces spinal swelling and prevents long-term harm.
