Summary

This study looks at whether adding traditional Chinese medicine to standard Western treatment helps people with ankylosing spondylitis move better and feel less stiff. About 790 adults will be followed for 6 months to measure changes in daily function. The goal is to find a more effective way to manage this chronic inflammatory condition.
